- We assist in the development of white papers, case studies and marketing collateral.
- We work closely with Product Management and R&D to develop future product direction and strategy – providing valuable input from “the field.”
- We review and analyze new manufacturers and vendors, and products.
- We develop SE best practices as it relates to your business.
- We offer ongoing trainings on new technologies, products and services.
- We support and educate Sales, Marketing and other internal departments to ensure your customers get appropriate updates, upgrades and event-oriented solutions.
