Post-Sales Support

  • We handle the Project Management installation of your customer’s solution.
  • We manage vendor/manufacturer communications and engagement.
  • We troubleshoot existing customer networks and Project Manage resolution with vendors.
  • We offer ongoing customer network analysis to determine upgrades and additional add-on services.


  • We assist in the development of white papers, case studies and marketing collateral.
  • We work closely with Product Management and R&D to develop future product direction and strategy – providing valuable input from “the field.”
  • We review and analyze new manufacturers and vendors, and products.
  • We develop SE best practices as it relates to your business.
  • We offer ongoing trainings on new technologies, products and services.
  • We support and educate Sales, Marketing and other internal departments to ensure your customers get appropriate updates, upgrades and event-oriented solutions.
